The Visiting Analysis Healthcare System (VAHS) app is specifically developed for Security Officers who possess a valid VAHS Web system account with the necessary permissions. This application serves as a crucial tool for Security Officers tasked with accompanying Healthcare Employees during patient visits in potentially hazardous environments.

Upon initiating their shift, Security Officers utilize the app to check in and out with the Head Office Security Dispatch, ensuring that their presence is confirmed at both the start and conclusion of each patient's visit. Additionally, the app records the onset and completion of each visit, which is essential for accurate tracking of visit durations necessary for accounting and billing purposes.

The app also captures GPS coordinates at various intervals throughout the shift, allowing for comprehensive monitoring of the progress and locations of both the Security Officers and Healthcare Employees. These coordinates are subsequently converted into street addresses, facilitating precise verification of patient locations for billing accuracy.

All data gathered by the app is transmitted in real-time to web servers, enabling effective monitoring and comprehensive accounting of services rendered.
